Shipping Information

1. Vintage Motor Garage ships throughout Italy.
2. Vintage Motor Garage will deliver orders either to the address provided by the customer or to the pickup locations specified at the time of purchase.
3. For Italy, delivery is generally made within 24–48 hours, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated timeframe selected when choosing the delivery method, and in any case within a maximum of thirty days from the date of confirmation. Subject to availability of the ordered product, which may be temporarily unavailable at the time of ordering.
4. For European Union countries, delivery will be made within 5 days, and in any case, within a maximum of thirty days.
5. For non-EU territories, delivery will take approximately 15 days.
6. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In such a case, a notice will specify the location of the order and the procedures for arranging a new delivery.
7. If you are unable to be present at the delivery location at the agreed-upon time, please contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.
8. If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to us thirty days after the date on which the order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract.
9. As a result of the termination, the amounts will be refunded, including delivery costs, excluding any additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard method offered, without undue delay and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of termination of the contract. Shipping costs resulting from the termination of the contract may incur additional charges, which will be borne by the buyer.
10. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are explicitly indicated at the time the order is placed.
