These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law, subject to any mandatory provisions of law that may prevail in the country of the buyer’s habitual residence. Consequently, the interpretation, performance, and termination of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.
Any disputes arising from and/or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the Italian courts. In particular, if the purchaser qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes shall be resolved by the court of the purchaser’s domicile or residence in accordance with applicable law.
